Summer wear

–  Summer favourites –

 

I’ve started gathering some light summer pieces for our summer holiday, cotton and linen rompers. Besides from these kind of items I’ll get Max some tank top bodys from H&M (just the regular white ones) and some diaper covers (bloomers). He doesn’t need much in the warm climate so I haven’t gone crazy for summer wear this time around.

I got him the summer hat from Konges Sløjd (HERE). It’s super cute and practical without any ties but with a elastic band to make it sit firmly on to his head!

The striped creme/light blue romper is from Ketiketa (HERE) is so thin and lovely. The muslin cloth is from Bonét et Bonét (HERE) – Max loves to cuddle with a cloth when he falls asleep and this is the softest one we’ve had by far! (and trust me, we’ve been through a few..).

The wooden toys is from the US shop Wildcreek Co (HERE). I was so exited when they came in the mail the other day (made it past customs, yay!) and I’m so happy about these new pieces. We love the little bee and pacifier holder that we already have so I couldn’t be more thrilled to add a few more pieces – they will definitely be saved as keepsakes when the boys have outgrown them.

I love Instagram because it makes it so much easier to stumble over amazing pieces and brands I wouldn’t have found otherwise. My favourite summer piece by far must be the little aqua green romper from french brand Marsou (HERE). It was just perfect for Max and he’s just so cute in it – I literally squealed when I opened the package.. have a look for yourself!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

– The little mouse from Garbo & Friends is also one of our favourites, he loves to chomp away on the leather ears – 

 

He’s in a size 6M so I think it might be a bit small in the size, or if he’s just a big scandi-baby. I have no idea how much he weighs or how tall he is (second baby syndrome) but he’s normally a size 68 in other brands.

Now, I’m just hoping there’ll be some sunny days in Denmark before we leave.. it’s starting to get a little tough spending so many maternity days inside avoiding the rain and the wind.. and honestly, I’m getting a little bored (sorry Max) – he’s busy rolling around but whines when he does so it’s a hassle trying to keep him happy and entertained now when he’s a bit more active. I think I need a new project to keep myself busy.. or just a little bit of sun:)
